Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- "ezeph," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the ezeph online gaming platform accessible at ezeph.vip, operated in accordance with the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework.
- "Player," "you," or "User" means any natural person who has registered, or is attempting to register, an account on the ezeph platform.
- "Account" means the individual, password-protected player account created by a User upon successful registration and KYC verification.
- "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, representing funds deposited or winnings credited by ezeph.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game or sporting event made available on the ezeph platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or cashback awards granted by ezeph to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawal privileges are granted.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to the ezeph platform is restricted by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or ezeph policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the ezeph platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and ezeph.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the ezeph platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.
ezeph reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of a revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register an Account and use the ezeph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during your use of the platform:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
- You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
- You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ezeph, or an immediate family member of any such person;
- You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purpose of placing wagers;
- You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by ezeph for cause;
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order through ezeph or any PAGCOR-associated responsible gaming programme;
- You will use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for money-laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
ezeph reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Platform's reasonable satisfaction.
Account Registration
To access the real-money features of the ezeph platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ezeph platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, ezeph may close all associated Accounts, void any outstanding Wagers, and forfeit any Wallet balance.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ezeph is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify ezeph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ezeph is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Account Sharing. Your Account is personal to you and may not be shared with, or used by, any third party. Any Wager placed from your Account — regardless of who physically placed it — will be treated as having been placed by you, and the Wallet balance affected accordingly.
KYC Verification
5.1 Mandatory Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, all Players must complete identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Deposits may be accepted prior to KYC completion, but withdrawal privileges are withheld until verification is successful.
5.2 Required Documents. ezeph may request, and you agree to provide, the following documents as part of the KYC process:
- A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document;
- A recent selfie photograph of you holding the submitted ID, taken at the time of submission;
- Proof of Philippine residence (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) dated within the last three months, where required;
- Proof of payment method ownership, where required for GCash, Maya, or bank transfers exceeding applicable thresholds.
5.3 Review Timeline. ezeph endeavors to complete standard KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours of receiving a complete document submission. Players will be notified by email or in-platform notification of the outcome.
5.4 Ongoing Monitoring. ezeph may conduct enhanced due diligence on Accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, as required by applicable Philippine AML regulations. Players may be required to provide additional documentation at any time.
Deposits & Funding
6.1 Accepted Methods. ezeph accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All fiat deposits are received and held in Philippine Peso (₱).
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on ezeph is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum amounts for specific channels may be higher and are displayed at the time of deposit.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds of authorization. Bank transfer deposits are credited within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes depending on the sending institution. ezeph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.4 Player Funds. All funds deposited by Players are held in accordance with PAGCOR requirements for the separation of player funds from operational funds. Deposited funds remain the property of the Player until wagered.
6.5 Funding Restrictions. You may only fund your Account from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ezeph reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment instrument registered in the Player's verified name.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. No processing fee is charged on standard GCash or Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts.
7.3 Processing Times. ezeph targets the following processing windows for KYC-verified withdrawals: GCash and Maya — five (5) to thirty (30) minutes; Bank transfers — thirty (30) minutes to three (3) hours; USDT TRC20 — ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes subject to network conditions. These are target times and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.
7.4 Withdrawal Limits. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier. Players are advised to check the current limits applicable to their tier in the Account Dashboard. Players who believe their limits are insufficient for their needs should contact Account Support.
7.5 Withdrawal Review. ezeph reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requests for enhanced verification documents, prior to releasing funds. This may extend the processing time stated above. Such reviews are conducted in accordance with PAGCOR AML compliance obligations.
Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 General. From time to time, ezeph may offer promotional bonuses, cashback credits, reload bonuses, or free credit equivalents to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which supplement and are incorporated into this Agreement.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by ezeph are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds do not accrue VIP tier points.
8.3 Abuse & Fraud Prevention. ezeph reserves the right to withhold or void bonus awards where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using systematic low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics.
8.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account Wallet without compensation.
8.5 Modification. ezeph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already opted in and partially met wagering requirements in good faith.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
9.1 Game Outcomes. All slot games, table games, and random number-dependent outcomes on ezeph are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by approved testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, statistically independent, and not subject to manipulation by ezeph, the Player, or any third party.
9.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — cards, wheels, or dice — in accordance with the specific rules of each game variant as published in the live lobby. ezeph is not responsible for Internet connectivity issues affecting live game participation.
9.3 Sports Betting. Sports wagers are settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published by ezeph. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule prevails. ezeph's settlement decisions on all sports betting outcomes are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.
9.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a system or technical malfunction during the course of any game, ezeph reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. No winnings shall be paid in respect of a game outcome produced by a technical malfunction.
9.5 Published RTP. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games available on ezeph are provided by the respective game providers and are available on request. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezeph platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
- Registering as an underage person or providing false age information;
- Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component for financial advantage;
- Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes;
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, financial crime, or any other unlawful activity;
- Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name;
- Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
- Impersonating another Player or any employee or representative of ezeph;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, server, or database infrastructure.
Responsible Gaming
11.1 Commitment. ezeph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a means of generating income and should not be used to address financial difficulties.
11.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players from the Account Settings menu:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that the platform enforces automatically. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session Reminders: Configurable time notifications that alert you to the duration of your active gaming session.
- Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which login is suspended. Your Account and balance are preserved.
- Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term account closure mechanism. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the nominated period and is processed in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.
11.3 Underage Protection. ezeph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted through the KYC process. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not gain access to their Account or device.

Intellectual Property
12.1 Platform IP. All content on the ezeph platform — including but not limited to the platform design, software, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, and brand elements — is owned by or licensed to ezeph and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 Limited License. ezeph grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
12.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the ezeph platform without prior written consent from ezeph. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
13.1 Platform Availability. ezeph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. ezeph will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezeph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including — without limitation — loss of anticipated winnings, data loss, or business interruption.
13.3 Cap on Liability. ezeph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Third-Party Services. ezeph is not liable for the acts, omissions, or content of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the platform.
Account Termination
14.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ezeph support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Wallet balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
14.2 Termination for Cause. ezeph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:
- The Player has committed any act of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10;
- The Player has breached any material term of this Agreement;
- The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- ezeph is required to do so by PAGCOR directive or applicable Philippine law;
- The Player's Account is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, ezeph reserves the right to withhold the Wallet balance pending investigation. Where termination is confirmed following investigation, Wallet balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
15.1 Internal Process. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of your Account, you should first contact the ezeph support team via live chat or at [email protected]. ezeph will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
15.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with ezeph's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its published dispute resolution channels. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, ezeph is subject to PAGCOR's adjudication in such matters.
15.3 Limitation Period. Any dispute or claim arising under this Agreement must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this period will not be entertained except where required by applicable law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, without prejudice to the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
Amendments to Terms
ezeph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made to the Agreement, ezeph will provide reasonable notice to existing Players via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification. The updated Agreement will take effect on the date stated in the notice, which shall not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification except where required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the ezeph platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
